Welcome
Welcome to Women's Cricket. We we welcome all abilities so if the terms "mid-off" and "silly-point" mean nothing to you then not to worry. We play Indoor Cricket during the winter and as soon as the spring comes its our outsood season. A lot of our members are also members of other teams as our fixtures dont clash with other teams.
Last Season
Last season was a great success for the club. We won the BUCS Indoor Cricket National Championships, beating Leeds Met Carnegie in the final, this lead to us being nominated for the University's "Team of the Year". We had mixed fortunes in our outdoor season but look to improve on this for the new season.
Training
We train at the University's sports center every Friday evening 6-8pm. We also have indoor nets at Headingley Stadium with times and dates TBC.
